By purchasing, installing, operating, or using the Radmoto 1500W Motor Kit and/or 26Ah Battery System ("Product"), the user, rider, installer, owner, or purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms, conditions, warnings, limitations, and liability disclaimers. Failure to read and follow these warnings may result in serious injury, death, property damage, legal consequences, fire hazards, battery failure, or equipment damage.

1. OFF-ROAD USE ONLY

The Radmoto 1500W Motor Kit is designed and intended strictly for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. This product may exceed federal, state, or local power, speed, wattage, or equipment limitations for public roadways, bike lanes, sidewalks, trails, or other areas regulated for standard electric bicycles. This kit is NOT intended for use on public streets, highways, public bike paths, or any roadway where vehicles must comply with electric bicycle classifications, licensing requirements, registration laws, insurance regulations, or motor vehicle codes. The purchaser and operator are solely responsible for determining whether operation of this product is lawful in their jurisdiction. Radmoto makes no guarantee or representation that this product is legal for on-road use in any city, county, state, province, or country. The user assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Operating high-powered electric motor systems involves inherent risks. By using this product, the user voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks associated with: High-speed operation, Loss of traction, Mechanical failure, Battery malfunction, Electrical hazards, Fire hazards, Improper installation, Collision risks, Rider inexperience, Terrain hazards, Water exposure, Weather conditions, Component fatigue, Brake failure, Tire failure, Overheating. The user understands that electric vehicles and motorized bicycles can be dangerous and may cause severe bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

3. NO LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radmoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, operation, misuse, modification, maintenance, transportation, or use of this product. This includes but is not limited to: Personal injury, Death, Property damage, Vehicle damage, Battery fires, Loss of income, Loss of use, Medical expenses, Legal fees, Traffic citations, Regulatory penalties, Accidents or collisions. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Radmoto, its owners, affiliates, employees, representatives, distributors, and resellers from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, or damages arising from use of the product.

4. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Proper installation is critical for safe operation. Installation should only be performed by qualified individuals familiar with electrical systems, lithium battery safety, drivetrain systems, braking systems, and motorized bicycle components. Improper installation may result in: Electrical shorts, Fire, Battery damage, Loss of vehicle control, Motor failure, Brake interference, Structural damage, Injury or death. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for all installation work, adjustments, inspections, and maintenance.

5. BATTERY SAFETY WARNING

The included or compatible 26Ah lithium battery contains high-energy lithium-ion cells which may present a fire or explosion hazard if damaged, improperly charged, modified, punctured, crushed, overheated, submerged, or used incorrectly. To reduce risk: Only use approved chargers, Never leave charging batteries unattended, Charge in a dry ventilated area, Keep away from flammable materials, Do not expose battery to extreme heat, Do not open or modify the battery pack, Stop use immediately if battery becomes swollen, damaged, smoking, or unusually hot. Failure to follow battery safety procedures may result in fire, serious injury, or property damage.

6. NO WARRANTY OF LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Laws regarding electric motor kits vary significantly by location and may change without notice. The user is solely responsible for researching and complying with all local laws regarding: Wattage limits, Speed restrictions, Registration requirements, Helmet laws, Age restrictions, Vehicle classifications, Licensing requirements, Insurance requirements, Trail access rules. Radmoto does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that this product is street legal in any jurisdiction.

7. MODIFICATIONS VOID RESPONSIBILITY

Any modifications to the controller, battery, motor, firmware, wiring, throttle system, frame, brakes, or safety equipment are performed entirely at the user's own risk. Unauthorized modifications may increase danger and void any applicable warranty coverage. Radmoto assumes no responsibility for damages or injuries resulting from modified systems.

8. REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Users should always wear appropriate protective equipment while operating the vehicle, including: DOT-approved helmet, Eye protection, Gloves, Closed-toe footwear, Protective clothing. Failure to wear proper safety gear increases risk of severe injury or death.

9. INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

Before each ride, the user should inspect: Brakes, Tires, Battery mounting, Wiring connections, Motor mounting hardware, Chain alignment, Frame integrity, Throttle operation. Do not operate the vehicle if any component appears damaged, loose, malfunctioning, or unsafe.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE

Performance figures such as speed, range, torque, acceleration, and battery life are estimates only and may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, riding style, tire pressure, wind conditions, and maintenance. Radmoto does not guarantee any specific top speed, mileage, or performance outcome.

11. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser and operator acknowledge that they are solely responsible for: Safe operation, Legal compliance, Proper maintenance, Rider training, Battery handling, Installation quality, Risk management, Responsible riding behavior. Use of this product constitutes full acceptance of all risks and terms outlined in this disclaimer.

12. AGREEMENT

By purchasing, installing, using, or operating the Radmoto 1500W Motor Kit and 26Ah Battery System, the user acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this disclaimer and all associated risks. If the user does not agree to these terms, they should not install or operate the product.
